Landcrat will need the size and style (Modern or Medieval) of your tent, horse trailer and type and size of enclosure you are using for your horses. Land will be reserved for those bringing in horses first.

***Horse owners wishing to be a part of ride share or intend to lease/wrangle horses need to coordinate with the EQMIC for the event. Owners are responsible for making arrangements with persons riding their horses.

***Lease horses or ride share opportunities are available at most events. If you are in need of a mount for the event please let the EQMIC know well in advance and he/she should be able to assist you in reaching the appropriate people. All agreements and contracts are between you and the horse owner.
