Equestrian Activities

Announcements

  • Please be sure to register your person before contacting the equestrian marshal in charge to register your companion. To register yourself, please click here. Be sure to register for land and to select the Equestrian Camp as your group to camp with. To register your horse(s), please email Lord Lord August Von Fluegel, equestrian marshal in charge, at vonslance@gmail.com. He will guide the process from there.

  • There will not be a cap on the number of horses allowed on site as originally discussed. The Equestrian Camp will have a set amount of land allotted and Lord Von will fit as many rider/horse pairs in that space as he can. He will be governed by the safety policy set in place by Society for the safety of the populace and the animals brought on site. ALL horses must be kept in the Equestrian Camp. If you would like to camp elsewhere, we respectfully request that you leave your equine companion at home.

  • When transporting your horse to site, please remember the space restrictions to your camp. If possible, please allow for the proper size trailer to transport the number of horses you are bringing to site (e.i. 2 horses in a two horse trailer) or as close as you can arrange. This will decrease the amount of space used in the equestrian camp to hold the trailers and, thus, increase the number of horses able to be on site. Should you have any questions or concerns about equestrian camping or the like, please contact Lord Von at vonslance@gmail.com. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you at the event.
