I am requesting that all pavilions/dayshades surrounding the actual battlefield be period. (Covered ez-ups are permitted.)
I have had a number of inquiries regarding battlefield reservations at WoWII.
We are not going to be taking reservations for pavilions and dayshades on the battlefield. Space will be given on a first come/first served basis. It's a large battlefield - we have plenty of room for everyone.

House Barra has some links that might be helpful at Ceara's House Barra Website .
Baroness Reyna in Baelfire Dunn also has a great pattern.
The procession will begin at 10AM that Saturday morning - with the battles all beginning at 11AM - no vehicles will be allowed on the battlefield from 9:30 AM until the end of Opening Ceremonies. After that it will only be long enough to drop your stuff off.
Please plan accordingly to help with a smooth event for all!
I would like thank all of the populace that is working on various things for this event, whether on staff or for their groups, for their help in making this such a wonderful event and I can't wait to see the results of all that hard work at War of the Wings II.

Webmaster's Note - I have added a couple of links to the original message - Reyna's actual link and the link to House Barra were not in Rosza's missive
