Merchant Information

Merchants of good wares and savory foods do but improve any event and we crave your companionship. There is no merchant fee, only the site fee charged to each person at the Gate. I also ask Merchants who are able to commit, please pre-register with the Merchant Steward and Event Reservationist.

Free Ads Confirmed pre-registered Merchants will be listed on the event Website with links to their own Web sites and in the Event Pamphlet given to each person at the Gate. Separately, business-card sized ads will be placed in the Event Pamphlet for free for merchants who provide the artwork for such and so long as space is available, going on a first-come-first-served basis to pre-registered merchants.

Merchant Area The Elchenburg Castle site is expansive and allows us to offer a relatively flat field nearly the size of a mundane football field for our Marketplace. This area is just off the main driveway into site for easy access to unload your goods and set up. It is also immediately across that lane from the battlefield and Castle where much of the day’s fighting will take place.

Food vendors will have a captive audience. Yes, folks may bring food from home but that’s work and time and yes, there are restaurants and such off site, but they’re a few miles down the road and the Marketplace is on the lane.

Artists and crafters of all manner are expected to attend as well as heavy fighters, rapier, archery, thrown weapons, projectile weapons of all sorts, hand-gunners and so on in all the martial arts. Those merchants offering goods and services desired by Society gentles will be welcomed and heartily so.
